Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by executing tasks that ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and drive revenue. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating sales and shipments by processing orders, securing freight quotes, coordinating freight logistics, and generating shipping documentation;
- Addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction;
- Acting as a communication bridge between customers and various internal departments;
- Overseeing consignment locations and collaborating with customers on reconciliations;
- Acquiring products for drop shipments;
- Managing invoicing processes;
- Performing additional duties as required.

- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role related to distribution, manufacturing, or shipping;
- Experience with international shipments (preferred);
- Proficient PC skills with a quick adaptability to new software;
- Strong organizational capabilities;
- Meticulous attention to detail.

Additional Information
This position is full-time and operates during the day shift. We maintain a Drug-Free Workplace and require pre-employment drug testing.
We provide an outstanding benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, company-paid life insurance, short/long-term disability insurance, voluntary critical illness and accident insurance, and a 401K plan with employer matching and profit-sharing eligibility.
