Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming orders from Third Party Distributors and international clients.
- Utilize ERP, SAP, EDI, and order entry systems for order processing.
- Engage with Third Party Portals to receive, place, and confirm purchase orders.
- Issue order confirmations for all customer orders.
- Prepare and submit orders and pick tickets to the warehouse for fulfillment.
- Provide freight tracking information to customers upon shipment.
- Handle freight claims as necessary.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain for direct drop ship order tracking and dates.
- Monitor inventory levels and release orders as stock becomes available.
- Conduct research and issue credits as needed.
- Request pricing updates from Customer Maintenance.
- Create export documentation for international orders.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Distribute business leads from web and trade show inquiries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
