Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize parts from inventory for Service Technicians.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Sort, identify, and transfer parts for Sales and Service teams.
- Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts.
- Track and manage orders to prevent delays in customer shipments.
- Input customer information and vendor orders with a focus on inventory management.
- Investigate parts availability and identify potential vendors for procurement.
- Facilitate the purchase order process and payment methods.
- Efficiently process customer orders via phone or email.
- Oversee customer billing and order management.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing and invoicing.
- Operate forklifts for loading and unloading tasks.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Preferred experience of 2-3 years in a warehouse setting.

- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in daily tasks.

- Strong research and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
