Join our team as a Logistics and Order Processing Specialist
The Logistics and Order Processing Specialist will oversee effective and precise order management and fulfillment activities across various sales and distribution channels, including e-commerce platforms and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics (parcel, LTL, FTL).
- Oversee direct-to-consumer (website) order management and fulfillment.
- Handle B2B (case and pallet) order management and fulfillment.
- Execute order batching and pick, pack, and ship operations.
- Facilitate and manage Amazon FBA load-in orders.
- Coordinate sample order management.
- Maintain proactive communication with brand representatives regarding order progress.
- Lead case pick and each pick order fulfillment, ensuring precise and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification for stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
- Demonstrated experience in receiving shipments, performing quality control assessments, and managing order fulfillment.
- Experience supervising a small team of warehouse personnel.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and capability to work with spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and barcode scanning software is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Physical capability to lift and transport heavy items, up to 50 pounds.
- Availability for a flexible schedule to accommodate occasional overtime or weekend shifts.
