Key Responsibilities- Transportation and Delivery: Safely transport products and deliver office supplies to customers on assigned routes, utilizing a 16ft or longer straight truck.
- Load Management: Organize and load product for delivery, utilizing the manifest to ensure the most efficient delivery route and schedule.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance concerns.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving history, and be eligible to drive a commercial motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations.
- DOT Physical and Drug Screen: Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen (no THC) to the extent legally permissible.
- Basic English Language Skills: Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications) are required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70lbs, push and pull items weighing up to 400lbs with the assistance of hand carts/material handling equipment, and occasionally maneuver up to 130lbs.
- High School Diploma/GED: High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Truck Driving Experience: Minimum 1-year of truck driving experience (operating a 16ft or longer straight truck) or comparable driving experience.
- Competitive Pay: $20.75/hour - $23.00/hour, based on experience.
- Performance Pay: Earn an extra dollar an hour with our performance pay.
