Business Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at Amour Marketing. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be eager to learn all aspects of operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 10-15 individuals, coaching and motivating them to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Negotiate through our rigorous training program with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Mastery of the business on the front line, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered and sales promotions.
- Recommend corrective action when necessary, holding yourself and team accountable for sales production and quality.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on location).
Requirements:- 1-2 years of leadership and management experience.
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Able to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening skills and adaptability to quickly respond to individual needs.
- High-levels of integrity, strong work ethic, responsible, and positive outlook.
