About the Position

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team in Western Mass. You will be responsible for developing and executing a territory plan to grow existing customers and acquire new ones. You will work closely with Regional Managers to develop and implement coaching and development plans for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to grow existing customers and acquire new ones
  • Build strong business relationships based on adding value at every touchpoint
  • Work with Regional Managers to develop and implement coaching and development plans
  • Analyze data to understand patterns and make informed business decisions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, reporting, timeliness, and quality of work
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in B2B sales; dental sales experience helpful but not mandatory
  • Must have a car in good working order with a driver's license and insurance
  • Must have a 4-year college degree (Bachelor's)
  • Must have a proven history of sales success

Estimated salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer an exceptional benefits package including 401k plan, profit sharing, medical and dental insurance, flexible spending account, life and long-term disability insurance, 10 days vacation (15 after 3 years), and 4 personal days off per year.
