Job Overview

Venture Solar is a leading provider of solar energy solutions, and we are seeking a talented Business Development Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in outside sales and a strong understanding of the solar industry. We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with an estimated total earnings potential of $100,000-$250,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing our customer base. This will involve meeting with homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar energy, and closing deals.

We view the sales process as educational, focusing on making sure our customers understand not just how solar works, but also where the money comes from to help pay for their project. Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments on your calendar, allowing you to focus on what you do best - selling.

You'll bring:

  • Sales experience - Required
  • Outside sales (In home sales) - Preferred
  • Solar experience – Welcomed
  • Willingness to learn
