About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales and Business Growth Specialist to lead our commercial sales efforts and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and deliver compelling presentations to secure new business opportunities, identify, follow up on, and close all leads to develop a viable sales pipeline.
  • Partner with the Corporate Marketing Department to develop region-specific promotional materials, maintain a professional presence on social media, and produce relevant content for newsletters and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience (experience with building departments, construction, or related industries preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $125,000, plus commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and career development opportunities.
