Associate Manager, Access Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team at S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM engineering, architecture, or implementation, with a strong understanding of directory services, identity lifecycle management, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and implement IAM solutions, including directory services, identity governance, and access management.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements in all IAM processes and solutions.
- Provide expert troubleshooting and support for IAM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering, architecture, or implementation.
- 3-5 years of experience in IAM concepts, principles, and technologies, such as directory services, identity lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
- Experience working with authentication and authorization standards and protocols (OpenID Connect, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, AD/LDAP, Federation, SSO).
- Proven track record designing, building, and operating complex access models using industry standards such as RBAC/ABAC/PBAC.
- Experience running services on top of a cloud computing platform (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP).
- Deep experience with cloud-based IGA/IAM solutions.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
