Position Overview

As the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Clinical Supervisor at Anthony's Villa, you will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team of MST therapists in delivering exceptional, community-oriented therapeutic services to adolescents and their families. This role emphasizes overseeing clinical practices, ensuring compliance with MST methodologies, enhancing team dynamics, and upholding the highest standards of service delivery.

Your leadership will encompass one team of four MST Therapists, with potential expansion to a second team in the future.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Clinical Oversight: Provide continuous supervision, direction, and support to MST therapists, ensuring effective delivery of clinical interventions in line with MST guidelines.
  • Team Development: Inspire, cultivate, and empower a team of therapists through regular training, performance evaluations, and team-building initiatives.
  • Quality Control: Assess and improve the quality of clinical services through thorough evaluations, adherence to treatment fidelity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Community Collaboration: Establish and maintain robust partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to enhance service provision and collaborative efforts.
  • Program Management: Oversee the administration of the MST program, including financial management, resource distribution, and strategic planning.
  • Therapeutic Leadership: Advocate and exemplify advanced therapeutic practices among team members to ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Crisis Intervention: Offer expert guidance in managing high-risk cases and crisis situations, ensuring appropriate therapeutic interventions and safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Required Licensure: Must hold an LISW-S, LPCC-S, or LIMFT-S license in the state of Ohio.
  • Educational Credentials: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
  • Professional Experience: Significant experience in supervising clinical therapy for youth and families, with a strong background in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Leadership Expertise: Proven leadership capabilities with a history of effectively managing and developing clinical teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a strong aptitude for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational and strategic planning skills, capable of overseeing complex clinical operations.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary, as travel to various community settings is an integral part of this role.
