Job Summary

The Program Coordinator, MST Services Specialist plays a critical role in the administration of the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program at Anthony's Villa. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the MST program, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating with staff.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain program documentation, including reports, client records, and correspondence.
  • Program Data Management: Assist in tracking program data, including model adherence reports, client outcomes, and administrative records, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate communication between the MST team and external partners, including community organizations, referral sources, and funding bodies.
  • Event Planning and Support: Help organize and support program-related events, trainings, and meetings.
  • Staff Onboarding and Training: Assist the MST Supervisor with onboarding and training of new staff, including preparing orientation materials and scheduling.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management: Maintain and organize program files, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, such as OMHAS and CARF.
  • Supply Management and Ordering: Monitor supply levels and order necessary materials to support program activities.
  • Financial Tracking and Billing: Assist with billing and financial tracking, ensuring proper documentation for services rendered.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or some college coursework in administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a social service or healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, proficiency with office software, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Work Environment
  • Physical Demands: Primarily an office-based position, requiring use of standard office equipment such as computers and printers.
  • Travel Requirements: Some travel within the community may be required for meetings or program support.
  • Work Schedule: Flexibility in working hours may be necessary depending on program needs.
