Role Overview
As a Sales Representative at CadiDeals, your primary focus will be on driving business within the golf course retail channel. Through strategic outreach and relationship-building, you will work to acquire golf equipment at liquidation pricing. Your ultimate goal is to establish and cultivate long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at golf courses, positioning CadiDeals as the go-to service for liquidation needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Utilize industry tools and resources to drive sales and build relationships with golf course professionals.
- Educate golf professionals on the value and benefits of CadiDeals' services to foster long-term partnerships.
- Qualify and classify leads to ensure focus on clients with the highest potential for success.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure smooth and successful transactions.
Key Targets
- Acquire rental sets, demo products, trade-ins, and excess inventory from resort-style courses, regional representatives, and golf shops.
- Build relationships with course decision-makers to maximize business opportunities.
- Achieve a minimum of $100,000 in purchases during the year.
Business Process
- Rental Sets: Target high-traffic resort courses that replace products from OEMs every two years.
- Demo Products and Trade-ins: Help golf shops liquidate demo products and trade-ins.
- Excess Inventory: Identify opportunities for purchasing excess inventory by building relationships with professionals.

Compensation and Growth Opportunities
- Full-time position with a base salary plus commission ( $40k- $100k)
