Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on generating and maximizing revenue. You will cultivate and enhance relationships with high-potential prospects and valued clients while collaborating with both local and corporate teams.

  • Continuously identify and generate high-quality leads through our established sales process
  • Achieve key performance indicators and objectives on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
  • Diversify the client portfolio by providing strategic solutions with a sustainable revenue mix
  • Design and present tailored advertising solutions
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline and address revenue gaps utilizing Salesforce
  • Consistently develop market intelligence and enhance business acumen
  • Build relationships within the business community through regular networking and participation in ACBJ-sponsored events
  • Maintain a coachable attitude and actively engage in training and professional development

Qualifications & Skills

  • Preferred two years of sales experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong skills in strategic thinking, communication, influencing, and relationship building at all levels
  • Ability to manage both short-term and long-term opportunities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative team player who excels in teamwork across departments and levels
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)

Salary Range

$70K - $100K+ (including bonuses and uncapped commission)
