Business Development Representative

The Account Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our commercial, industrial, and recycling clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their waste management needs.
You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions to our clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of the waste management industry and its trends.
