Accounting Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team at LHH. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
  • Prepare the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial projections and strategic planning.
  • Lead internal audit procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Responsible for the fiscal financial close, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of financial operations and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
