Job Title: Division Vice President Emergency Trauma Services

At The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Division Vice President Emergency Trauma Services to lead our Emergency and Trauma Services line operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership for Emergency and Trauma Services line operations, including the implementation of business plans that support the continued growth and success of the Division.
  • Ensure the financial viability of initiatives and establish a cohesive governance structure that supports the hospitals and physicians.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department leaders within the service line at the hospital and clinic level.
  • Design, plan, and implement programs that balance the interest of the hospitals within the division.
Requirements:
  • More than 7 years of healthcare management experience required.
  • Administrative services and/or program development experience preferred.
