As a Regional Operations Leader, your day will be engaging and dynamic. You will guide and support your team of General Managers across multiple locations.

Your role encompasses various responsibilities, with a primary focus on overseeing the daily growth and development of the brand. You will serve as the key contact for all operational activities within your region.

Your mission will be to foster the growth and development of your teams, particularly in areas such as deployment, team cohesion, and strategic personnel development.

The Regional Operations Leader will report directly to the Director of Operations.

In this role, you will manage daily operations while crafting and implementing a strategic plan aimed at achieving same-store sales growth, enhancing the guest experience, and promoting a culture of positivity and advancement.


QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, including at least 2 years in multi-unit management

Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring teams

Proven success in developing talent and driving sales as a multi-unit leader

Enthusiastic, positive, and results-oriented

Able to excel in a fast-paced environment

Flexible and adaptable to new processes and systems

WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires individuals to have the ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities include ascending and descending stairs, sitting and standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, and bending, stooping, and kneeling.

You may be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Extended periods of computer work may be necessary, including screen viewing, mouse usage, keyboard manipulation, and reaching with arms.

Occasional travel by car, air, or other means for business purposes may be required. You must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment and report to work in a responsive state, free from impairing substances. It is essential to disclose any prescribed or over-the-counter medications that may affect your ability to perform essential job functions. Regular stressors are inherent in this role.
