Job Title: Regional Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Quality Manager to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. This role will be responsible for providing corporate quality support to our DSD region, ensuring compliance with FDA, EPA, and OSHA regulations, as well as GFSI requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and food safety systems, programs, and policies.
  • Ensure regional facilities are operating in compliance with KDP policy and procedures, FSMA, FDA GMP, and GFSI guidelines.
  • Oversee the execution of a strong CAPA/RCCM/RCCA program to drive site improvement in quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Regularly audit and monitor regional facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support site incident management, including FDA recalls, regulatory agency audits, and customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Procurement, and Operations, to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and food safety, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record of successful regulatory compliance, audits, and reports.
  • Deep knowledge of FSMA, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
  • Strong expertise in statistical process control, design of experiments, and TQM.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certification a plus.
