Role Overview:

Oversee and execute projects in accordance with SERVPRO protocols as outlined in work orders. Respond to service requests, establish effective workflow, coordinate job requirements, complete necessary documentation, supervise production tasks, and ensure oversight of assigned projects from initiation to completion. Adhere to and enforce all safety regulations on-site. Build and maintain relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Clarify processes and address client inquiries as needed Monitor, communicate, and respond to client needs to ensure satisfaction Set clear expectations for Production Technicians and oversee their work Execute production tasks as scheduled and maintain quality assurance Identify safety risks, communicate, and implement control measures to protect all parties involved Quickly resolve issues as they arise Maintain accurate job documentation to ensure thorough project details Manage and monitor production project costs Safeguard assets by properly utilizing equipment and materials Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office spaces Engage in sales and marketing efforts, including additional sales and security assessments Required Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in cleaning or restoration is preferred High school diploma or GED IICRC certifications are advantageous Willingness to travel locally or out of state as required Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance Exposure to various chemicals Capable of walking and standing for extended periods, driving, sitting, and climbing Ability to ascend ladders and work at elevated heights Comfort working in confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces) Repetitive actions including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
