Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced techniques for water, fire, and mold mitigation
  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency services jobs
  • Complete timely and accurate paperwork
  • Field supervision and mentorship of restoration technicians and labor
  • Ensure the efficiency and progress of most day-to-day field operations
  • Work with the Project Manager to understand and execute the scope of work
  • Assist with daily planning and activity at the project site
  • Ensure crews have the equipment and material needed to perform work
  • Verify the quality of work being performed meets the highest standards of workmanship
  • Communicate clearly with the Project Manager, Project Director, and customer regarding project conditions
Requirements
  • 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold)
  • Understanding of MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
  • CDL a plus
