In this role, you will assist the Manager in the comprehensive management of the center, ensuring adherence to all standards established by the Company in sales and operational functions.
Your mission will be to deliver an exceptional Client Experience by maintaining the highest standards of client service.
Additionally, you will foster an Outstanding Employee Experience by cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire a team to surpass performance targets.
- Manage monthly budgets and sales initiatives.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and management (experience in selling intangible products is advantageous).
- Demonstrated success in creating a safe and supportive work environment for all team members.
