Position Overview:
Oversee and execute projects in accordance with SERVPRO protocols as outlined in work orders. Respond to service requests, establish efficient workflows, coordinate job requirements, maintain job documentation, supervise production tasks, and oversee projects from inception to completion. Adhere to and enforce all safety regulations on-site. Build and maintain relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Clarify processes and address client inquiries as necessary Monitor and respond to client needs to ensure satisfaction Clearly communicate expectations to Production Technicians and oversee their work Execute production tasks as scheduled and ensure quality assurance Identify safety risks and implement control measures to protect all individuals on-site Quickly resolve issues as they arise Maintain accurate job documentation for comprehensive project records Manage production project costs effectively Safeguard and utilize equipment and materials responsibly Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office spaces Engage in sales and marketing initiatives, including upselling and security assessments Required Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred High school diploma or GED IICRC certifications are a plus Willingness to travel locally or out of state as needed Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance Exposure to various chemicals Capability to walk and stand for extended periods, drive, sit, and climb Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces Repetitive physical tasks including pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise.
