Human Resources Training Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Training Manager to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to ensure that our employees receive the training and development they need to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on various topics, including leadership development, communication skills, and time management.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training participation and progress.
- Conduct regular evaluations of training programs to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in human resources and training, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions about training program design and delivery.
