Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Specialist to lead and execute key human resource initiatives for AccordCare with a compliance focus. This individual will be responsible for collaboration, initiative, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with an extreme focus on details, compliance with hiring standards, employment laws, customer support, and positive interactions throughout all levels of the practice.

This role requires a high level of organization, including the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1 year HRIS experience; Business Intelligence or HRIS querying/reporting experience preferred
  • 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred; experience working with healthcare regulatory bodies preferred
  • Strong computer-related skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Established strong organization and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Estimated Salary: $55,000 per year
