Job Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Professional to perform various activities within the human resources department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in human resources, recruiting, or other related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and recruit potential employees using various methods
  • On-board and train new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
  • Implement company culture, values, and policies to maintain a positive work environment
  • Provide management with accurate reports and documents as requested
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and appreciation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in human resources, recruiting, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
