About the Job

The Human Resources Assistant will report to the Director of Human Resources and will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including preparing job vacancy notices, coordinating the opening of recruiter mailboxes, and maintaining personnel files.

You will also enter and update personnel transactions into NYCAPS, review transactions to ensure data entries have successfully interfaced, and assist in the movement of civil service lists using e-Certs and PRISE. Additionally, you will assist the Senior Director of Human Resources and Training and/or Director of Human Resources and HR staff with special projects as required.
