Job Description

As the Director of Human Resources at Category Labs, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including benefit and compensation administration, HRIS management, employee data, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, leave management, and compliance. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business results.

You will be responsible for refining the organization's approach to career progression, compensation, and leveling. Additionally, you will contribute to and support broader people projects spanning culture, retention, training, and performance management.
