Human Resources Leader

Candidate will be responsible for managing Human Resources activities, including record-keeping, employee recruitment, paid time off tracking, payroll, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain job descriptions for all positions, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including interview processes, background checks, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage salary structures, benefits, and compensation packages.
- Maintain HR records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct Human Resources experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
- Able to manage competing priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
