Success Partnerships Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Advocacy Manager to join our Customer Success Team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the monday.com platform and its applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective advocacy strategies to drive client growth and adoption
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success on our platform
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software company
* Strong understanding of the monday.com platform and its applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
