As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the store management team in the execution of administrative functions, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Engage and interact with all customers, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily cash office functions, maintain cash office standards, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Store Operations: Support the Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory, and requisition.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain proper Associate coverage in service areas, support and respond to coverage needs throughout the store, and ensure store team executes tasks and activities according to store plan.
  • Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, providing progress updates, and providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Training and Development: Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness and ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
Requirements
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of multi-tasking.
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to train others.
  • 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
