Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Engage and interact with all customers, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily cash office functions, maintain cash office standards, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Store Operations: Support the Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory, and requisition.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain proper Associate coverage in service areas, support and respond to coverage needs throughout the store, and ensure store team executes tasks and activities according to store plan.
- Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, providing progress updates, and providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback.
- Training and Development: Partner with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness and ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Capable of multi-tasking.
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Able to train others.
- 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
