Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant II to join our team at Cenergy International. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative support to our division, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual, including typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, and coordinating meetings and conferences.
  • Perform tasks such as obtaining supplies, sorting and distributing mail, and working on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
  • Multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills and organizational skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Work with moderate work direction and identify issues/problems, but may need assistance in resolving.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email systems.
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities and customer service experience.
  • A valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto company property.
