Administrative Coordinator

St. Catherine's Parish is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its Office of Religious Education.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and databases.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parish staff, parents, and volunteers.
- Assist with planning and executing special events, sacraments, and retreats.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Director of Religious Education to ensure a smooth and successful catechetical program.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, mailings, and email communication.
- Support the Child Protection Coordinator in ensuring compliance with diocesan guidelines and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a master calendar for the Faith Formation program.
- Confirmed and practicing member of the Catholic Church.
- Experience in a Faith Formation or religious education program.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office software products and Parish Soft database.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish.
- Interest in training as a Virtus/Child Protection Coordinator.
