About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and market conditions.
  • Partner with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions and optimize the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and vendor relationships to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, marketing, or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and managing teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Availability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
  • Experience in the supply chain industry.
  • Solution-oriented mindset to influence change.
  • Superior organizational, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
