About the Role:

GXO Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales effectiveness and revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and market conditions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and vendor relationships to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide regular progress reports.
  • Analyze sales data, manage sales vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall sales performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, marketing, or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • ~2-3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Availability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
