Job Title: Executive Director of Strategic Growth

About The Harrison-Rush Group: We are a dynamic and innovative investment bank seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead our strategic growth initiatives.

Job Summary: As an Executive Director of Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and revenue growth within our HR Tech/Data Analytics and Fin Tech sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and expansion within the HR Tech/Data Analytics and Fin Tech sectors.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align divisional goals with overall company objectives.
  1. Business Development:
  • Lead efforts to acquire new clients and expand business relationships within the HR Tech/Data Analytics and Fin Tech industry.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance service offerings and market presence.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the HR Tech/Data Analytics and Fin Tech industry, with a strong emphasis on business development and client management.
  • Deep understanding of technology trends and solutions relevant to the HR Tech/Data Analytics and Fin Tech sector.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
