About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead and expand our business in the United States and EMEA regions. This role will be based in our new office in New York City, marking our first office outside of Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the US and EMEA markets.
  • Establish and manage the US/EMEA sales team, creating a robust pipeline for new business.
  • Design and implement new sales processes and operational structures tailored to the US market.
  • Drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with new customers.
  • Manage complete and complex sales cycles, engaging with a wide range of client stakeholders from technical personnel to company leadership roles.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and refinement.
  • Represent Latitude.sh at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide accurate business forecasts and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from initial sale to onboarding and ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the Mid-Market segment, preferably within the data center or cloud computing industry.
  • 6+ years of experience in senior sales or business development roles within the IaaS/SaaS industry, with a strong focus on developer-centric products and services.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of the US and EMEA markets and business cultures.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, domestically and internationally.
  • Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure for Web3 and Machine Learning is a significant plus.
