About The Position

Schochet is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Property Manager.

This position will be responsible for facilitating all aspects of the apartment leasing process, including administrative duties, rent collection, maintenance of the waitlist, and compliance with HUD regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of property management experience, including a background in Section 8 housing. They will also possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A Certified Occupancy Specialist or equivalent is required, with additional IREM certifications preferred.
