Residential Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Assistant at the Hildebrand Self-Help Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a clean, harmonious, and welcoming living environment, supporting the overall safety and well-being of the families in residence.
- Ensure each family has a safe, clean, and adequately furnished room.
- Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility during assigned work periods, including conducting regular checks and maintaining the office area.
- Monitor and enforce community living rules, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with Hildebrand's standards.
- Support the Residential Manager and/or Case Manager in developing and implementing re-housing plans to assist families in achieving independence and self-sufficiency.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in Human Services or Residential Program settings preferred.
- Ability to work well with clients, family members, and colleagues, ensuring client confidentiality and professionalism.
- CPR/SFA Certification within 30 days of hire.
- Bilingual Haitian Creole or Spanish language skills a plus.
Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 11 pm to 7 am, 16 hours per week.
