Residential Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Paths Management Services, LLC.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safe and economical maintenance of residential buildings, grounds, and mechanical equipment.
- Maintain compliance with building rules and regulations, including HDC, HPD, HCR, and other governmental agencies.
- Clean public spaces, including front of the building, yards, steps, entrance hall, etc.
- Maintain appliances, equipment, and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure adherence to regulations regarding garbage removal.
- Manage Handyman and Porter in completing tasks and work orders.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical inspections of common areas and units.
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Certifications in HVAC, boiler, sprinkler, plumbing are required.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Able to train and supervise other maintenance/service staff.
