About the Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for keeping our properties in top shape, handling everything from painting and lawn care to electrical work and snow removal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair residential and commercial properties, including apartments, common areas, grounds, and parking lots.
  • Oversee vendor work as needed and safely operate power tools and equipment.
  • Regularly assess the property, proactively addressing maintenance concerns and collaborating with colleagues on solutions.
  • Ensure newly vacated apartments are ready for the next resident with thorough 'turnover' maintenance.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; CAMT certification is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with general knowledge in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to professionalism and respect for our residents.
  • Flexibility to handle after-hours maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation.
Estimated Salary: $54,900 - $69,700 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek at $31.43/hour.
