Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Weekend Residential Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our residential manager and case managers to develop and implement supportive re-housing plans that promote self-sufficiency and independence among our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Promote a clean and welcoming living environment, ensuring the overall safety and well-being of residents.
  • Conduct regular room checks and maintain the office area, ensuring the facility remains clean and orderly.
  • Enforce community living rules, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of re-housing plans that promote self-sufficiency and independence among residents.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, previous experience in Human Services or a Residential Program setting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in CPR/SFA certification and bilingual proficiency in Haitian Creole or Spanish is preferred.

As a Weekend Residential Assistant, you can expect to work Saturday and Sunday from 3:30pm-11:30pm, with an estimated hourly wage of $16.00-$18.00, based on location and experience.
