About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Assistant to join our team at Hildebrand. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families experiencing homelessness.

As a Residential Assistant, you will play a crucial role in promoting a clean, harmonious, and welcoming living environment for our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the overall safety and well-being of the families in residence, overseeing the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, and monitoring all rules, policies, procedures, and protocols that govern community living.

You will also work closely with our Residential Manager and Case Manager to develop and implement supportive, respectful, and comprehensive Re-Housing Plan activities to assist families in moving out of shelter as quickly as possible and attaining their independence, dignity, and self-sufficiency.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well on an individual level with clients, family members, and colleagues, and demonstrate a commitment to client confidentiality and professionalism in the workplace.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience.
