Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Lease Records to join our team at Black Stone Natural Resources Management Company. As a key member of our Land Administration department, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts handling lease, contracts, and acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of analysts and technicians to ensure accurate and documented system changes.
  • Develop and implement effective Lease Records procedures and workflow.
  • Train and develop Lease analysts/techs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Land, GIS, PDM, Business Development, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in Lease Records or a related field.
  • Prior experience handling all responsibilities of a Lease Records Analyst.
  • Experience with Quorum software, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
