Job Overview

Landpoint is seeking a talented Senior Land Surveyor Project Manager to manage survey projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Initiation: Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  2. Team Coordination: Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring team members are aligned with project goals.

You will also be responsible for budget and resource management, monitoring project expenses and procuring necessary equipment and materials. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field, RPLS licensure or certification, and previous experience in project management. Excellent project management skills, leadership abilities, and client relationship management skills are essential.

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
