Job Responsibilities

We seek a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Escrow Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing closing documents, communicating with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of escrow experience and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

  1. Coordinate with sales teams to schedule closings.
  2. Collaborate with lenders to ensure seamless transactions.
  3. Prepare comprehensive closing documents for lenders and title companies.
  4. Manage fees, taxes, and other buyer payments.
  5. Verify correct signing and notarization of loan and contract documents.
  6. Adhere to lender instructions and guidelines.
  7. Distribute closing disclosures to lenders and sellers.
  8. Clinch deals by completing transactions efficiently.
  9. Deliver final lender packages.
  10. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
