Job Summary

MorseLife Health Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, from initial processing to successful integration into our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Hire Processing: Manage the new hire onboarding process, including new hire processing compliance, technology access requests, and tracking and notification of new hire status.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure 100% compliance for every new hire, transfer, and promotion prior to start date, and provide recommendations on how to proceed with any compliance challenges.
  • Clearance and Decision-Making: Make clearance decisions for all new hires and advise and communicate risks to early starts while providing best practice solutions.
  • Onboarding Process Improvement: Set best practices for all aspects of the onboarding process and update the ATS system with all required information of new hire including hiring details, offer information, and close requisitions once new hire officially starts.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Updates: Stay up to date on all compliance requirements for all entities and notify the team as needed.
  • File Audits and Reconciliation: Perform file audits as necessary to ensure 100% accuracy/compliance and reconcile and pay onboarding screening invoices.
  • Employee Support and Services: Manage employee requests and traffic in the office and assist with facilitation of recruitment and hiring events as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, and/or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Work Environment: Moderate noise, business office with computers and printers, light traffic.
  • Working Hours: Working hours may vary, but generally 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
