Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain and organize employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Assist in drafting HR documentation, including employment agreements, job descriptions, and company policies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and training sessions.
- Manage communication with employees, candidates, and external stakeholders.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Support the posting of job vacancies on various platforms and the company website.
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting sessions.
- HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Assist the HR team with various projects, such as employee feedback surveys, performance evaluation processes, and training programs.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Experience with ADP-HR systems
- Strong organizational abilities
