Global Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Boston. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Compensation PackageThis is a highly competitive opportunity with a generous base salary plus an uncapped commission structure. Your total compensation potential ranges from $100k to $140k in the first year, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targeted revenue growth
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in business-to-business sales
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
