About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and delivering compelling sales pitches.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- BUILD strong relationships with existing clients to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and deliver customized sales pitches that showcase the value of Crunchtime's software solutions
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and departments
- Work closely with internal teams, including product and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of sales outcomes
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure with potential earnings up to $150,000 per year
